Strategic Management



The course emphasizes the value and process of
strategic management. In addition to familiarizing students with new subject
matter, students are expected to integrate and apply their prior learning to
strategic decision making in organizations. The Strategic Management course is
designed to explore an organization’s vision, mission, examine principles,
techniques and models of organizational and environmental analysis, discuss the
theory and practice of strategy formulation and implementation such as corporate
governance and business ethics for the development of effective strategic
leadership.

STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT


The subject introduces the key concepts of Strategic Management.  The subject will include a discussion of lasting solutions and a global perspective in the field of strategic operations management.

Relevant topics such as business concepts and models, social responsibility, franchising, as well as e-commerce in the Philippine setting shall also be discussed.

Human Behavior in Organization












Human Behavior in Organization concerns the study of human behavior in the
organization, its background, applications and practices, the human elements,
as well as the theories of modern organizational behavior, work group,
motivation, human relation, leadership, communications and social
systems.  This course aimed to develop
the students’ knowledge and skills in interpersonal, interpersonal, group,
and organizational level processes in work settings.  The overview of this course is to prepare
students with a way of thinking that increases their ability to understand
and implement decisions about people in an organizational context.

Computer Application in Business


 Computer Applications in Business is designed
to introduce students to the world of computers and software applications. This
instruction will provide them with a solid foundation on which to build a
strong and useful knowledge of Information Technology. Students through
classroom lectures, application program demonstrations, and hands-on lessons
and exercises will learn how to use Microsoft Office applications, explore and
examine the fundamentals of computer hardware and software. The class will also
examine the relationship between technology and society and interpret how
computer technology can benefit businesses, government, and educational
organizations. Students will acquire skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint.
